Why choosing smaller experiential marketing agency can be better sometimes?



Think about it? As a company, what do you want from an experiential agency? A cohesive team that will jump on getting your call and work quickly to solve your issues; a team with a go-getter attitude that tries to create a difference in every other promotional event; an agency that will support their customers and keep them first before anything else.

Although any bigger experiential agency can promise all of these, only a few are able to deliver. The fact that they have to worry about thousands of clients, are concerned about billable hours, and involved in a lot of official activities certainly leaves less time for brainstorming new and better ideas.  With a bigger company, you have to schedule your calls and appointments according to their flexibility. 


Compared to that, a smaller engagement marketing company will not have that many clients to deal with. They will be in their growing stage and will be trying their best to make their clients happy with their work. With every other assignment, they will try to design the best promotional activity for the business. 

A small team works together. They may not have greater number of clients or reviews to back their performance, but you can easily assess their enthusiasm by interacting with them. Smaller companies learn fast and they are often the best when it comes to responding to the challenges they are offered. The fear of facing rejection during their growing years helps them in coming with ideas that are perfect in every possible way. 

The decision is finally yours though. There is a plethora of experiential marketing agencies. Big, small, you will find a lot of fish in the pond. Make sure that you are going with a team that is ready to put their heart and soul into the job.
